It’s who life made me become.
When I was three, my mom took her own life in front of me.
Years later, I began to see that moment differently.
Not just as tragedy, but as a pattern.
The weight she may have been carrying.
The patterns passed down generation after generation.
And over time, I recognised those patterns in my own life.
Victim mentality.
Living in discomfort.
Validation seeking.
Abusive relationships.
That moment became a mirror I couldn’t ignore.
Her pain.
My pain.
And eventually I realised something.
Everything came down to one thing.
Choice.
Was I going to stay hurt,
or was I going to get down and gritty, dig through the skeletons of the past, and heal my way into the life I could create?
Leaving corporate.
Shifting perspectives.
Pursuing fighting.
Living my bikini life.
