Refund policy

We want you to feel empowered with your BLACK SHEEP Jewellery. While each item is carefully checked, we know things don’t always go as planned. Our policies are here to honour your experience while upholding quality, hygiene, and fairness.

To get in touch, please email hello@blacksheep.sg with your order number, reason for the claim, and supporting photo or video evidence.

General Policy

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you receive an incorrect or defective item. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Slight differences in colour, plating, alignment, or clasps are normal and do not constitute defects.

  • All items will be inspected upon receipt before an exchange or store credit is processed. 

  • Note: If the original item is no longer available, we will offer an exchange or store credit.

Change-of-Mind Exchanges (Singapore Only)

  • Change-of-mind exchanges may only be processed in Singapore and must be done at the BLACK SHEEP store.

  • Contact us within 14 days from delivery to arrange your exchange.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. All items will be inspected upon receipt before processing the exchange.

  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are non refundable.

Final Sale / International Orders

  • Kindly note no returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders. All sales are final.

Out of Stock Items

  • If we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 business days, you may either opt for an exchange or store credit.

Workshops

  • Held in Singapore and for women only unless stated. Bookings are non-refundable. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they can attend in the workshop country.

  • Cancellations, missed sessions, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session is considered missed. Sessions can be booked up to 20 days in advance with 5 days’ notice. A 10-minute grace period applies for late arrivals.
