Shipping policy

Local Delivery (Singapore)

  • Processing: 1–3 business days (orders after 1:00 PM processed next business day).

  • Delivery: 2–3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays; orders after 1:00 PM Fri/weekends dispatched next Monday).

  • Shipping Cost: SGD $5 flat | Free for orders over SGD $120.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Arrange via hello@blacksheep.sg or DM us at @blacksheep_sg - Flat rate SGD $25 per delivery. 

Malaysia Delivery

  • Processing: 1–4 business days.

  • Delivery: 4–6 working days.

  • Shipping Cost: SGD $15 (MYR 50) | Free for orders over SGD $120 (MYR 520).

  • Customs & Taxes: Orders above MYR 500 may incur import duties. We ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning these charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient.

International Delivery

  • Shipping flat fees: 

    • Zone 1 — SGD $30
      Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, UAE, UK, US, Portugal

    • Zone 2 — SGD $60
      Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland

  • Free Shipping: All worldwide orders over SGD $300

  • Delivery: Estimated 1–2 weeks (depending on destination and customs)

  • Customs & Taxes: We ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning these charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Tracking: An email will be sent over to you once dispatched
