Before all this, I was a victim.

No purpose. No direction. My body had been sending signals for years and I ignored every one, because somewhere I’d decided this was simply what I’d been dealt.

Then the doctors ran out of answers. One prescription after another until the medications stopped working and I was told there was nothing left to try.

That was the moment I stopped waiting to be saved.

So I started reading labels. Not just the ones on packaging. The ones I’d been living by too. What I found was a gap between what we’re sold about food and what it actually does to a body. Corporations profit from keeping us sick.

You cannot be a victim and a rebel at the same time.

So how will you make of your time here on earth?

I wear the Eternity Necklace as a reminder of EYWA and everything it stands for. Bringing the land back to your table. The farmers who never compromised. The love I found for myself first and now give away in every meal.
